“That Yin Yang Thang” feat. Jim Clark and the Mad Lab Friday, June 28, 6:30 pm

The visual artists at Mad Lab and I have created an event we’re calling “That Yin Yang Thang”.

This is an artistic performance that blends live painting and live music. Each artist will express, on canvas, their personal concepts of Yin and Yang as I respond musically in real-time.
I asked each artist to choose musical “inspiration pieces” that reflect their personal view of Yin and Yang. Then I created music beds in my studio to improvise over, based on their selects. As they paint, you will hear me improvise over original tracks inspired by Metallica, 90s Underground Hip Hop, Death Cab for Cutie, Fkj & Masego, Lartiste, Evanescence and more…

Mad Lab
22 Leonard Street
Norwalk,CT 06851

Tickets are $10 and available here: That Yin Yang Thang – tickets  There is only room for 100 attendees so get your tickets now.

See you there!

Thank you to the Norwalk Arts Commission for their support!
